Terrible experience. Pretty much just put gum on my puncture and didn't even check the rest of it. 2 minutes after getting home I realise it's completely flat. I took a look at the entire tyre myself and they missed slashes.Single mother taken for a ride. Not okay.Will not be back.

We bought a van with a 1 day old WOF given by these guys, two weeks later we had to spend $2000 at a mechanics to get the head gasket and radiator replaced. This mechanic told us there’s so much rust on the Pilates and gutters there is NO way it could ever have passed a wof 2 weeks ago.We took it back to frankton tyre station and confronted them. They agreed to “fix it” and admitted it shouldn’t have passed its wof.I returned 2 hours later and all they hade done was paint over it. Unfortunately I had a ferry booked and had to leave, and they assured us very confidently it was now perfectly WOF worthy2 months later we tried to get a new WOF by vtnz, because wanted to sell the vehicle. We are told that the areas they “fixed” are not road worthy and clearly haven’t been for a long time.I rang Frankton tyre station and explained. They were very rude, said it’s not their problem and hung up on me.Do not go here, do not by a vehicle that’s been seen by them.

Truly fast and reliable! I urgently needed my car door to get fixed today and they’re the only one who can get it done the same day.

Very good service for best price in the area lots of mechanic places around but this is surely the best 10/10 service and satisfaction will only be coming here
