Can verify that this business shows zero transparency and a lack of integrity when dealing with tenants, serving 90 day notice's to solo Mother of 3 and giving no explanation or reason whatsoever. When asked for an explanation the business owners response was, I don't have to offer one before Feb 11th - clearly taking advantage of legislation that is currently in effect before changing next month. Very shady!... 5 star reviews have also been posted by his employees, go figure! If you are a prospective long-term tenant looking for stable housing options - GO ELSEWHERE!

Absolutely despicable man, handed me a 90 notice when questioned why, he said I don’t have to have a reason it would allow you the opportunity to go to the tenancy tribunal and walked away.
