Absolutely hopeless. I spent two days trying to get hold of the Bayfair, mount store on the phone, either no answer or answerphone msg to leave details and no one gets back to you. I finally go in the store, they give me the Auckland number and assurance me they will answer, what a load of croc, no answer, go round in circles like I did with bayfair store! Absolutely zero customer service!

Would never go back . Waited in line for 30min when about to get served another person pushed in and was told they would be first . The precious person behind screen that didn't want to damage her nails has the personality of a chocolate fish should have told her to wait as they were next .
