I have been seeing Kat for about 4 months now and just recently Marie and they have been assisting me with sorting an Achilles issue. While this has been sorted I still visit for my post trail race routine. Their attention to detail ensures that my recovery has been quick. They also provide good advice regarding stretching for any issues you may have.

Katherine Camp & Marie have so much knowledge of the muscles of the body and understand people of all walks of life, highly recommend 5 stars. A very professional experience. Free parking and easy to find within Frontrunner. Katherine has a delightful personality to add to her obvious experience in the business. I am happy to report that It has defineatly helped with my rotator cuff issue. You only feel like you have been run over by a bus the first time. Lol. After that its more like a car. Then a bike. I recommend regular massage with Katherine. Keep up the good work.

Highly recommend Kat! She finds knots you didn't even know you had!!! Awesome massage therapist, she has great knowledge and would highly recommend her sports / deep tissue massage. You won't be disappointed :)
