Got the ‘American’ hotdog here and tasted very aged. The staffs were friendly though, one of the staff sprayed and wiped the glass right in front of all the food which made us feel uncomfortable.

Food was very nice, staff lovely but when I asked for my coffee to be in takeaway cups and double cupped because of arthritic hands and the heat (I drink Americano) was told company policy to only give serviettes. I offered to pay for extra cup but company policy can't do. My suggestion is either have thicker cups or allow customers to purchase extra cups...

Stopped in for some lunch, the food was quite expensive for a small town bakery, the pie for $7 mince and cheese was worse than a Z or BP pie, the thickshake wasn't thick and served to me 80% full, they topped it up but didn't mix.Very poor thickshake. They only got two stars as it was clean, food nah, go further up roadWould never stop here again.

Overpriced, rubbish service and I suggest that you’d be better off chewing your toenails rather than eating the swill they serve up. Go straight past and head to Matamata for food. Dried out chicken that’s sat under a heat lamp and burgers that really don’t resemble a burger…..run, and keep running……

Awful people, very rude and were very reluctant to replace my cold chicken and chips. The whole team in the kitchen started going off at me when I asked for new food. Would not recommend. Also way over priced. $8.50 for this sad excuse of a meal

Huge range of food options on offer. From hot pies and sausage rolls, to fish and chips, fried chicken, steak and breakfast meals. Sweet desserts and sandwiches. Hot coffee and cold drinks. Tables inside and out. There is one toilet inside. Good service and parking right outside

Overpriced, small meal portion and taste is average. Pies and desert are better than meal deals. No trays given for dining in, just a paper bag unless you ordered a meal, then you get a plate. I'll would only stop here to use the bathroom in the future.

The young chap on the till was a flash back to my cheeky youth - a family business that really works hard to give the traveler that old Kiwi sense of pride in supporting hard working locals. Keep making those meaty pies!
