I went on one of Elle's winter foraging workshops recently and had the best time. She made us all feel super comfortable before we set off exploring Mt Vic. and gave us a booklet with some of the plants we would be looking for together. We hiked in a loop at a slow and steady pace, pausing after each big climb to look at a particular plant and learn about its health benefits and more importantly, how to identify it. In the middle of the workshop we paused - with a gorgeous view of the city - to sit down on a picnic blanket and enjoy some of her homemade (foraged) dandelion-root coffee, and the most delicious homemade biscuits.Elle answered any questions we had with ease, as she really knows her onions - sort-of-pun intended. I feel really confident now to forage quite a few things in the wild, and have identified several of the plants on my own - which is definitely a win! She and her sister had even set up a beautiful spot for us to all share a homemade vegan lunch together as a group after the workshop, which exceeded my expectations completely and made me feel so welcome and taken care of.Thank you, Elle and Lieke!I hope to attend another workshop in Spring.Xx

Elle’s foraging courses are such a wonderful opportunity to dive deeper into identification of wild edible & medicinal plants, a chance to meet & connect with other like-minded people and enjoy the most delicious wild plant lunch afterward. I couldn’t recommend her courses more!!! I’ve been twice already and look forward to going again :)

We did the Foraging course with Elle and her partner, they were both lovely easy to get on with people who made the day fun, interactive and educational. I wasn't sure what I was expecting from this course as it was a gift for someone but I came away very fulfilled, the lunch they put on at the end was absolutely delicious. The entire day was worth every cent. We will certainly revisit again during a different season.

Elle's foraging workshop far exceeded my best expectations. Elle effortlessly passed on very informative knowledge and put all participants at ease . The lunch was amazing and included the plants we had learned about. I want to do another workshop with Elle

Elle is the most wonderful guide, she has so much knowledge about foraging and the healing properties of the plants - it made for the most incredible 3 hours. Plus the food at the end was absolutely delicious and all dietary requirements were taken care of!
