I have been coming into big barrel for awhile now I would have given a better rating to them but most of staff in there are very friendly and kind but there is one guy that works in there that is so rude and unprofessional and unhelpful if you have a question to ask. But they do have some good deal on so look out for them. They have a very good whiskey selection. If you sack that rude person which I think you know who it is. I will give you a better rating.

The guy that served us was super helpful and knowledable of the drinks and what was on stock. Super friendly and helpful, and even threw in a pair of jandals and bottle openers. Very very lovely and recommend getting your booze here!

Great place to go and get your beverages both alcoholic and some non alcoholic beverages. They also deliver, but give at least 5 or more days from their online shopping warehouse.Monday and Tuesday are usually their early closing days at 8pm, but also they close later during the week (please check online for closing times, latest is usually by 10pm).Accessible by public transport, parking is also available if coming by car, etc.

Terrible service, ordered online click and collect. When I got there I was told it wasn't in stock and that I would hv to wait for head office to issue a refund.

Called them up to see if they had some Lion Red in stock. Guy said no and then hung up on me. Terrible customer service.
