We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Tilemax Queenstown. From our first encounter to the end result. We were getting ideas together for the new house we were building when we first went into the Tilemax Queenstown showroom. We didn’t really know what we wanted just that we wanted tiling in the entry, 2 bathrooms and kitchen, and we didn’t have any idea of the quantities we needed, actually we just didn’t know where to start. Karl and Becks were amazing they guided us through the whole process. They took our ideas into consideration and with their expertise, knowledge of the industry and latest trends presented us with some options for our new home that we absolutely loved, this made it easy to make a final decision and put an order in place. We sent Karl our new build plans and he calculated the quantities we required. The tiles were then ordered into the Tilemax Warehouse. Once our site was ready to receive the tiles Tilemax arranged delivery to site for us. But the service didn’t stop there, they recommended a tile laying company who did an amazing job, when our electrician asked technical questions about the underfloor heating and the shower installer had queries that we couldn’t answer Karl was happy to talk to these trades people himself on our behalf. We have been in our new home for two months now and everyone who has visited us has commented on how amazing the tiles look. Thankyou Tilemax Queenstown you exceeded our expectations. We will never shop anywhere else for tiles and we would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending your business to anyone in future.

Tilemax have an awesome array of tiles in their showroom in Queenstown. It is a fabulous display room with a variety of different display combinations and so many gorgeous tile choices- I was blown away by the choices available in colours, finishes and price points . On top of this, their service is fantastic and Becks has a keen eye for tile design and awesome knowledge on the range available - awesome all round. A must visit if on the hunt for tiles in the Queenstown area.

Loved my experience shopping for tiles; huge range to choose from, quality products at great pricing all in a beautifully displayed showroom. The local owners know their stuff and are really helpful, felt like they truely wanted me to have the best outcome for my home. Highly recommend.

What great customer service we had from Becks and Karl at Tilemax. No question to big or small and very knowledgeable with product range. I loved how the showroom has lots of tile options installed to get a visual. Can't wait to work together again.

Tilemax in Queenstown is an awesome shop for Tiles. So much in the way on selection and latest trends. Karl and Becks have been awesome helping with our tile selections and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Very disappointed with their customer service. I purchased some outside schist tiles and when they turned up they looked nothing like the photos online. When I tried to return all unopened boxes, they said we'd only be entitled to 50% return. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said I'll try and sell them so they are not out of pocket, asking if they have any customers looking for the product to please refer us to them. I got no response, and when I tried to return them a 2nd time after a year of collecting dust in our garage, they have refused with 0 empathy that we are completely out of product, with a product they sold us which is nothing like their advertised pictures. Shop somewhere else.

Amazing customer service and high quality products! I got new flooring and tiles for my Airbnb from Tile Max Queenstown and Becks & the team were fantastic to deal with, they have lots of knowledge and were able to give us great recommendations to suit our needs. Highly recommend!
