Helpful staff lots to choose from

Standing with money in hand...ready to get served...seriously you think I'm going to wait and wait... while you email messages to another store for a customer...that clearly has nothing to buy...I walked out....such terrible service

Got Birch creative April Baby Set in 2 different colours. The packageing alludes to it contains yarn, needles, a crochet hoot and a yarn needle to sew up your garment thia is ffslse advertising. The only thing in the pack is the wool and the pattern. Lincraft, do better!!! Make it clear to your customers tgat this is not a complete set.

Great for all your sewing, knitting, crocheting, and crafting needs.

Diassapointed today as the staff members lack of product knowledge was obvious. Normally staff verg gelpful

Only given one star in order to leave a comment, stood outside of Taupo store this morning in the cold waiting and waiting and waiting staff member finally strolled up at 10 last 10 and then refused to open the door as she said she didn't have her cash float ready, I waited until after 20 past 10 then gave up and went elsewhere to make my purchases, this is unacceptable, isn't 10am a late enough opening time? Won't bother going back here again as this isn't the first time I have had to wait outside for the staff to open the doors, they need a rocket, I would never hire staff that had such a poor attitude to their timekeeping. Lots of people who would love to have a job and turn up on time.

Didn't have what I wanted, but still a great place to go for my craft work...
