I came across Central Health Clinic from Grabone, was at the time trying to find a place to fix my back injury which happened over a year ago. I had seen quite many clinics, you name it in town, but never was able to get my back totally fixed - the remaining 20% was just so hard to get it away and I lost confidence from time to time.This clinic - it is definitely not the best appealing place, I agree with some of the reviewers. But this is not what I went to this clinic for.The clinician - David is not a talkative person, but very professionalThe treatments - I found my back starting to become better after 3 -4 sessions, which I have not experienced before.The session - it is about a couple of needles, bone adjustments and clinical massage. But you will be surprised how much these treatments can help your body, a typical 40-50minute session is well enough. Like all other treatments, things are not going to get better until a treatment period, typically 5-10 sessions.This clinic is not about selling massage service as some are after, it is a clinic good at treating body pains, injuries or other health issues.I have no hesitation to recommend it to you if you are after a genuine traditional Chinese clinic to help you improve your health condition.Many thanks to David and all the best to everyone!

I arrived for my appt at 12 and finished at 12.55. not sure what 1 and 20 means???Paid through GrabOne.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.Absolutely shocking experience. I would suggest people be very aware.I booked 1 hr appt. Wrote on form my 2 concerns. He started on my second concern even though I said the first one was the major one. I spent 30 mins with 2 needles in my shoulder for a tight muscle. He left the room. A tight muscle can be massaged to loosen it within minutes. I have that regularly. The next 20 minutes was a one had massage on same spot. No massage oil. It was one hand because he was scrolling on his phone with the other hand. When he got too distracted on the phone the prodding would stop. After 50 minutes he wanted to do a back adjustment. I said no and that I wanted my first concern address. He spent 3 minutes on it. I was out in 55 minutes with nothing that a 5 minute should rub could do.It seems he is not part of a wider organisation.I was alone on a Saturday and felt very uncomfortable so did not address it.I raised this with GrabOne. And he lies in his reply.Shocking experience!

They improved my neck/shoulder noticeably in two sessions. I have tried many options over the years, but this is what seems to work best for me.This is not a warm and cuddly session. It's bare and straight to the point.This is where I will go if my neck/shoulder pain returns.

After reading the comments, I'm not surprised. Went there last week (Grabone deal). He rubbed my shoulder for a minute, then stuck two needles in my shoulders for nearly 45 mins. Tried to adjust my back but it didn't work. At the end of my appointment (which also finished 5 - 10 mins early) he told me I needed medicine" and charged me $30 for tiger balm rub. Just seen it for sale online for $9.95. Feeling a little ripped off. Would happily have paid more for treatment elsewhere.Read the reviews

I came here for a knee injury (tendinitis) which after two days improved a lot, so the acupuncture did work for me and I’m happy with the results.But since paying for this service, and without spending money anywhere else, my account has been charge 14 times by an “Uber service” which I have never used. I have not proof that I’ve been scam here, but I have my suspicions. I would use cash, and don’t buy the ointment or he will charge an extra $25 (he offers it, and make you think is part of the treatment but you have to pay for it)

I went for the first time today - and was a bit unsure of what to expect. David was very capable and efficient. He's a quiet man, which is fine. I felt relief in my emotions/depression on my way home!! Looking forward to my next appointment.

The worse experience of my massage life. They are not friendly at all, even good afternoon they dont say!! Its cold , didn't turn on the heater in the winter time, 4pm. The guy was annoyed that I was using a coupon from Grabone. They are rude, bad atmosphere, worse place for relaxing and be well treated. I dont know how they still open with this horrible service.

This guy is magic, reset my jaw after 10 years of it being offset and in pain, haven't had any problems since. The office isn't glam, but he gets the job done for sure!

I came yesterday for a neck and shoulder issue. This is the first time I have come away from a treatment that was actually effective. I will be back! I can't recommend enough if you have an actual issue. If you are after a relaxing day spa type massage, then it probably isn't the place for you.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I purchased a GrabOne voucher for a 60min Tunia Massage and Acupuncture. The session lasted 40min, I spent a good 30min with 2 needles on my shoulder doing electro-acupuncture while the person left the room (instead of massaging another area in the meantime). The rest of the time was mostly spent on the same spot, with one hand and no oil. He then did a quick neck click and tried to 'give' me an ointment that he asked me to pay $35 for.I see from the other comments that there is a recurring pattern (rather than me just being unlucky on that day) so I would avoid at all cost.
