Well I've had terrific service in there from male staff who are only to will to help, they've even filled up for me. Nothing is too hard. I'm a 73yr old on a walking stick. Walking is very hard at times, I suffer from arthritis throughout my body.I put $50 gas in. It was a day when I was really struggling to walk, and in pain so I hobbled over to the night serve window, thinking it'll save my legs a bit of walking, but no the female just pointed to the door and turned her head away, and made me walk inside to be served, and there was no other customers in there. How hard would that be to serve me from the window, she didnt even have to move. Oh well changing SS now.

we popped into use the dump station. the friendly staff pointed us in the right direction as it was not easily seen. no signage the dump pipe was under an orange road cone. the only dump station we have ever come across with no hose or working tap (tap was blanked off) to hook a hose onto to rinse the emptying pipes. very disappointing as well as not being nice having to pack the pipes away, not as clean as we would normally keep them. as such, we boycotted buying fuel and snacks there. such a shame, really, the staff were so nice.

Most of the staff seem gloomy as all heck and if you get anything on top of, or instead your fuel your left standing there wondering what your total is as they ask how you'll pay. Very frustrating. Pie warmer is usually empty. Customer service isn't the the best most of the time.

Having to prepay is a pain but that's not the staffs fault, if people would stop taking stuff that isn't there's we could avoid such dumb rules.

The public conveniences were clean at the time if our visit. The cashier was helpful and polite. The courtyard was busy as it was a public holiday (Easter Sunday) but the waits were not very long. We stopped for coffee and the children had a pie.
