Amazing service. The booking process was really straightforward and simple, the teams' communication throughout the nearly month-long feeding of our cat, Ralph, and taking care of the house plants was outstanding. There was genuine care and concern for his wellbeing (he had a fight and came away with a wound) and lots of communication to keep us updated in case we needed to take further action. I cant thank you enough! And honestly, the plants are in better condition than I left them lol Thank you for looking after and out for Ralph, he was pleased to see us, but not distressed, which was a direct result of your efforts.
