Was ok. In the summer it will be lovely. Food was ok. Service was ok. Looked like it was very family friendly. Need a little improvement to make it stand out in an area where there are quite a few other competitors.

Was a very disappointing 1st visit. I assumed that having a kids play corner meant the cafe was kid friendly. I was horrified when I was asked to keep my son (19 months old) quiet as there was a Pilates class running in the room behind us. 1st and last visit for us.

Visited Saturday around 12.30 the place was busy not super busy, they must have been short staffed as there was a 30 minute wait for meals ended up waiting 45 or more, empty tables were full of dirty dishes (Had to clear our table). Food was ok.

My experience at your cafe this morning was very disappointing! The customer service was appalling and I was made to feel as though myself and my children were an inconvenience!The children's play are was a concern as my 3 year old and 1 fell through the banister which had no barrier. I most definitely will not be back due to such poor customer service.

I've enjoed the Uxbridge Cafe on several occasions, I find the service and coffee excellent Yesterday however, the owner Jimmy exceeded any expectations I had. Taking a break at lunchtime, my husband decided to join me so I ordered a cappuccino for him before he arrived. By the time he showed up the coffee was cold, so I asked if it could be reheated in the microwave.Without reservation, Jimmy said, no need for that

Very slow service. A couple of burgers took more than 25 minutes to be ready in a not-so-busy day. Otherwise, the food is average and the staff is friendly.
