I only ever get my film photos developed here, much cheaper than going to kodak in the mall. I’m usually told it will take 3 days at most especially when it’s busy but literally every time i receive them the next day which is fantastic. janice and bobby are lovely and work very fast!!

Rude and not at all customer friendly. They only want to rip you off. If you ask them to print out a photo for passport they talk nonsense about how their machine will not accept it and they have to take it themselves and charge you too much for it. I am familiar with their machines and know it could print it. So I got it printed somewhere else and it was cheaper and accepted. They even told me to print it somewhere else. Who sends a customer away just because the customer is not getting extra services?! I can take better photos myself anyway. I used to go to them for all passport pictures and used to recommend them to others but now I will never go to them. Cheaper and better service other places. They need to move with the times or give the store to someone who knows how to treat customers.

10/10 would recommend. They are a couple which run this shop and they are very friendly, but also professional. I got my passport photo taken here, and although they use a small camera, it came out really well. Much better than a photo you'd get done at your local pharmacy. Not only was it a reasonable price, he also tells you where to place yourself, and will take about 10 shots for you to choose from.

Cost me 4 dollars to print out a 5x9 size photo. The photo quality is so bad, so I asked the shop owner for a refund, she refused and told me because my photo resolution is low (which is a lie!). I then drove to warehouse stationary, I paid 50 cents for the same size of photo with excellent quality! Really disappointed with the poor service and poor quality of the photo. I don't usually post comments about goods and services, actually this is my first time to do this, just because this shop is just unbelievably awful! I don't want anyone to experience what I have experienced!
