Very helpful friendly staff who really know their stuff

Such irresponsible people …. For our new home we have ordered tiles from them … first issue was they sent the wrong tiles then the next time they didn’t send enough number of tiles then again on reordering they sent the wrong tiles again…. how many mistakes can you make on a single order… Do you even value the time and money of your customers???? how could you be so irresponsible????extremely poor service…. Better you learn how to run your business properly and how to look after your customers… if you can’t do that shut down your business and do something else that you do with some responsibility….terrible service….. totally disappointed….. will never ever recommend them to anyone… wasted our valuable time and money…Even after my review 2 days later you guys still got the order wrong again unbelievable people……..

Friendly staff. Know their stuff. Will help you get the right accessories for what you need. Very helpful. If only they carried stock in store, which isn't a big deal

Mike and Tui are amazing. I'm not a tradie and I really appreciated the time they took to source the specific silicone I needed and then resource some more. I am really grateful for their time and their friendliness goes a long way to having a great experience.

We enjoyed our visit to the Tile Depot today as there was nobody else in store and we could get the right advice from them. Usually they are very busy on Saturdays so perhaps better to pop in during the week.Their service and advice is very friendly and helpful and their prices are very competitive. Be sure to pop in and ask them anything related and they will give advice readily.
