Both of my children have attended Active Explorers. It’s home away from home! The quality of care they provide for our tamariki is trustworthy and nurturing throughout all stages of their development at the centre. The staff are all so lovely, supportive and approachable, and obviously very passionate about providing an atmosphere that our children love!

Active Explorers Upper Hutt
We were a little apprehensive about choosing a daycare, and Active Explorers seemed very professional but we thought they might be a bit more 'corporate' or business-like as part of a chain. After a friend's recommendation we went with them, and we are really glad we did so - they are very professional (as expected) but the staff are also extremely caring and genuinely engaged with the children, going well beyond what we anticipated (even the chef will greet the children by name, with genuine warmth). We couldn't be happier with the team and staff, and we have been recommending them to our friends in turn.
