I enlisted the help of Kathy at Better Way Ltd a couple of years ago to help me set up Xero for our business. As a complete novice and after only a couple of hours of training with her I was on my own. She continued to advise and support me (and fix all my mistakes) but with her help I was able to learn the 'Xero' way. Kathy was patient - even though I asked the same questions multiple times, and her ways of explaining along with her written instructions were easy to understand. I certainly don't know everything but I am well on my way thanks to Kathy. I cannot recommend Kathy highly enough!

We initially engaged Kathy to support us with our Xero, Dear systems transition at the 11th hour when things went sideways. Kathy professionally picked up the pieces and did an outstanding job of training, coaching and writing clear, easy-to-follow instructions which empowered my team to complete the work themselves.
