I had a great experience here getting a Tern bike to carry me and my kiddo around. The salespeople were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the bike has made getting around Auckland a dream :D If you're thinking about getting an e-bike, (1) do it, it makes Auckland commuting so much more pleasant and (2) check EBT out, they're fantastic!

I checked in to Electric Bike Teams101 course for changing a tire on an eBike, and using a chain break tool to add a link. Very useful as i was previously unable to either take the MTB tire off or put back onto my Moustache OFF.Learnt that most plastic levers are not strong enough and also several useful tricks to make the process possible.Maurice sure knows his stuff and shares it in an informative and humorous way that makes it seem easy. Others in the group rally around with their own input and experiences making the whole lesson fun friendly and very helpful.

Called the store to see if they had a charger for my bike. They said I was required to show proof of purchase to see if the bike was stolen. After I rode 20km to get there I showed them the trademe receipt they deemed there wasn’t enough evidence that the bike wasn’t originally stolen. Staff were very stubborn and rude. Very strange service when you’re trying to buy a product from them.
