Really excellent service. They fixed our Dyson stick vac and also gave free advice on how to fix our other corded vacuum. They were so friendly and helpful I highly recommend the Vac Shack ChCh!!!!

ordered a part last Sunday. this is Friday. my part is FINALLY on its way, shipped LATE Thursday. CC was billed right on time LAST Sunday. Too bad shipping is not as quick as billing. No email saying shipping will be delayed. No apology. No nice note. Absolutely NO IDEA why anyone would give this service a 5-star review. Haven't even seen the belt I ordered and won't for 4 or 5 more days. USPS shipping is a 2-3 zone to me, NOT 10 - 12.

I called there this morning with a faulty switch on our Dyson stick vacuum. He fixed this in a couple of minutes while I waited.Awesome service thank you.

Although very slow in getting my Dyson repaired, it was out of Brian's hands and as soon as the parts arrived it was done .

This guy does a great job he is so well known. My vacumes have been there for the last two months. I have called , been there, left a message but can't get hold of anyone and No one has contacted me. Does anyone know what's happening with this place?

Machine was fixed although 7 days out of warranty.Answered query re smell from machine as problem had been burnt out motor and was replaced and new Hepa filter installled

I'm sorry to give Vacshac a not so good" comment since my Dyson handheld vacuum stick went to him a month ago and have never heard from him. He said over the phone two weeks ago that it was fixed and would be able to deliver back to me via the retailer by who he was originally recommended. Nop
