Received an excellent, practical and very experienced 18 month review of Triton purchased hearing aids. Both aids were cleaned with consumables replaced followed by a hearing check. The aids were then reprogrammed to accommodate an apparent loss of function. To confirm that the reprogramming was appropriate, a previously difficult to hear TV programme was played through YouTube and proved to be an excellent functional check. Dianne Gosset carried out a thorough and very practical and experienced hearing aid review with excellent adjustment to return the aids to fully functional.
