I have been coming to these guys for a couple of years now for services and WOF's (and just recently some damage I had underneath) and am always blown away by how on to it the team is. Only place I would ever come to in Auckland! Highly recommend to anyone.

Went to these guys with a Grabone voucher and everything about the experience was epic! The guy who helped me was awesome on the phone, organised a courtesy car because of my circumstances, did the service and outlined everything that might need to get done without any pressure, then carried everything out I was after super quickly and had the van back in a day. Awesome work and would go back in an instant. Cheers team.

Second time using this garage.Would now never go back and not recommend anyone else new to book their car in here.Not very friendly service this time around and was yelled at over the phone when arranging for the manager/owner to open up shop 10 mins after he left early on a Wednesday afternoon. After a missed call at late notice.He then arrived and made a point to be aggressive and stand his point and not remember any polite or considerate customer service. Made me feel like I had attacked him and was manipulative trying to say he would not charge for service.I paid $110 for labour as car was fine.Unprofessional, mean and judgmental service.0.5 out o 10 rating.

Im now onto my third car and these guys have never let me down in the 5+ years I've been going there. They are very friendly and know what they're talking about. When a courtesy car is available they will offer it to clients as well, which is very kind of them. I've gone from Japanese to Euro cars and their prices are fair and competitive. 100% would recommend and will continue going there.

Only mechanic I will ever use in Auckland from now on. I have tried so many mechanics and have found the team at Takapuna car clinic are very reasonable, fix actually what needs done and do an amazing job. So happy with my service and highly recommend.

Booked a service for a reasonable rate! Professional and friendly staff. They were on point with the covid regulations (masks, tracking etc) and even gave my car a wipe down after the service!
