Clean and tidy supermarket.Big range of fruit and veges. Alot better quality than other countdown supermarkets.They also have new fridges for meat and dairy which I haven't seen anywhere else.The robot is a plus too.

Half the stuff I brought was covered in dirt or other substances or damaged in some way no idea what was going on with the store this time.Last week it was moldy Crumpets days before they expired.Also next to no fruit or vegetables.

Worst store, my kids were seen loolies the lady from checkout department she called my 7 year daughter stealer. My husband talk to her but after that whenever we go for shopping she always follow my kids ,make a faces she trying to bully I approached to talk to her she said you are mother of stealer. I asked if you think they steal I gonna pay double money. Because they are not stealer and don’t use this words for underage child’s and she said today they were again see loolies what the f*ck man. They spend 50$ on chips and chocolate and they gonna steal 1$ lollies. She is very rude.I’ll never go this unwelcoming place.

I can never find my way easily around a countdown this store is no exception.Had what I wanted apart from glazed cherries they had sold out. I did notice alot of empty spaces on the shelves. The server at the checkout I had not seen before but she was very nice.Parking is usually good.

Great they have a free plug in hybrid charging station. They don't have enough vegan and organic foods which is about keeping up with the needs of society

I find that Countdown at Rototuna is actually cheaper than the new flash one in Borman road.Many items appear to be 50 cents cheaper at Rototuna....dont ask me why.Also the Rototuna one is also smaller but nicer and more user friendly...has everything l need.

My two sons and my nephew were racially profiled and followed in this countdown, which is our local countdown that we have been shopping from for over 12 years. To test this, my husband walked into the store wearing a back pack - he was never approached but when he questioned the woman from countdown who was following my sons and nephew, and took their bags from them, she asked my husband to leave. Not on countdown. Don’t be judgemental. Has put me off shopping here and I intend to take this further to expose how some youth, of colour, are being treated.

Parking is great, usually at least 10 parks. It is also very easy to get around when you make use of the signs. The discounts are always great and even the normal prices are good.
