We recently installed a new kitchen and asked Mike to do all the related work for this, including installing all new appliances i.e. fridge, range hood, induction hobs, double oven and dishwasher. At the same time we installed Led lighting in the kitchen, family area and lounge, dining area, which involved 15 lights.The kitchen was quite an involved process requiring repositioning of some 2 way light switches, plug sockets, installing new double sockets and complete new wiring for the eye level oven which was not previously featured in the kitchen.Mike was very easy to communicate with, always prompt and polite, nothing was too much trouble even when we added things or changed our mind and also when coping with a tricky problem with our switch board. He did an excellent job and we would thoroughly recommend him.

I contacted Mike to request a quote for a heat pump service as ours was 5 years old and had never been done. His reply was prompt, price was reasonable and he was able to fit me in within a week. Since mine hadn’t been serviced I was kind of expecting there would be some upselling of new filters or extra treatments but I was pleasantly surprised that he just came in, cleaned it all, checked it all, explained things simply and told me it was all good and didn’t need anything else. I was really impressed and would definitely contact Mike again for my heat pump needs.

Mike from Moore Energy provided a tailormade plan for heating our house efficiently. Where other installers said it was not possible to fit a large ducted heat-pump unit in our ceiling, Mike made it happen. Rather than requiring two smaller units to great the whole house, Mike recommended and installed a ducted heat-pump unit with ventilation for the bedrooms and a fast-heating floor unit for the lounge. Our house hasn't felt warmer or drier! We love the work he did, and would trust him with any electrical or heating work in future. And you should too!
