Terrible after sales service.I spent ALOT of money here on a new Audi demonstrator, only to find several undisclosed faults that if I was made aware of at the time of purchase I would not have considered purchasing the vehicle at all.6 months on and I am still waiting for rectification of faults.Poor communication, lack of timely updates or follow ups.

Had a disappointing experience. Picked up my Volvo and discovered new scratches and a small dent. Had to climb through the passenger side as the car next to mine was parked super close. Initially was told the service was scheduled for 28th Dec but wasn't done until 6th Jan. Noone called to advise. Had to call them several times for a status update and request for a courtesy car but no response received until 5th Jan. Car wasn't washed upon pickup. Basic communication goes a long way. 2/10. Since contacting the owners by email, I received a car wash and dent assessment.

Absolutely the best dealership service I've seen around Wellington. Professional service, quick responses, friendly staff, clear communication and excellent customer service. It was only a software recall and a WOF this time, but the guys washed the vehicle and vacuum cleaned it too, better than any car cleaning company. I just loved the whole experience. Had no choice but to go to Armstrong for a recall campaign on my car. Asked them to be cautious with my wrap, because last time I had it serviced with them, they badly scratched it... and this is how they treated it this time. They even told me they were going to clean the car when I dropped it off initially...The service was supposed to take two days, I dropped the car on Thursday and no one called me on Friday about any delay. Went to the dealership on Saturday and the car wasn't ready. Always a waste of time having to deal with them...I'll be happier with taking my car elsewhere next time.Hopefully no more recalls will force me to have to deal with them anymore.I'm giving two stars because at least the parts department is responsive and competent.Edit: added pictures from the engine bay too...

Great service these guys! Went in for a key battery replacement and did that straight away with 2 staff looking after me and charged me just 8 dollars. Haven't felt this super service at any other service place in Wellington.

For over 2 years now, I've been using Armstrong Prestige for the servicing of my daily driven 1996 Jaguar XK8. I've found the service team to be professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant to deal with. Plus their pricing has always seemed fair. All in all, great service.
