My name is louie, Cooper was my pick as a puppy and I'm devastated to hear that a place that was suppose to be looking after him and caring for his well-being has failed and allowed my puppy to be ripped apart like he was while in the care of this company. The first time dad allowed me to see him, I was upset to see on how much he was muled by 5 dogs. My other dog (zep) was bitten by a dog and that lasted seconds and ended up with 4 stitches but Cooper had 94 stitches. I'm so upset at your company for allowing Cooper to be so hurt and yet I await communication by you so I also understand more why this happened and why it took so long to help my puppy. I wish no one sends their animals to this company ever again because I do not want another animal hurt like Cooper was.

Such awesome people who genuinely care. Used to take my old dog there and he loved it....years down the track and we take our bulldog there now. He's normally quite an anxious dog when Im not around but how do I know he loves the place? When I picked him up this week he jumped back out of car and had second thoughts about heading back in!

Our girl came home happy, and seeing the photos of her interacting happily with other dogs was awesome.

Very welcoming person in the reception not only that but clean and tidy surrounding. I have visited them after one of my friend recommended to go. So I love the place.

My dog Nellie has the best time here. She’s always excited to go here and I know she’s well looked after and get enough exercise. I always look forward to seeing the social media posts of her too which keeps me reassured and happy :) thanks Judgeford!

Wonderful, pleasant & caring staff that have taken excellent care of our cats and dogs for long stay, plus day care for the dogs over several years. They understand the needs of our antisocial boy and pamper to his individual care so he's not put under any extra stress, but he still gets to have fun and exercise in a safe environment. Well done team greatly appreciated.

Be aware they are under new ownership.We picked up our dog yesterday after nine days at Judgeford kennels. The entrance office was dirty. The staff were nice. However our dog has become thinner and was clearly distressed when we picked her up. She was crying and whimpering for half an hour ( she is usually a very calm happy dog) and has been passing considerable amounts of rectal blood since we picked her up. She wasn’t allowed to have her blanket or her mat that she normally sleeps on. It appears this is the way it is for all the dogs but this was not explained to us. No care notes were given of her stay.We will not go there again.

Really happy with my dogs first 2 night stay in a kennel. He is nearly 2 years old. We had to move house so was great knowing he was well looked after. They really took time to ask questions when we checked in to look after him. I absolutley love the ginger cat receptionist, you can tell he runs the place!Highly recommended.Thankyou so much.
