I looked through over 500 hi-ace vans and NV350s on trademe and ended up with a short list of 10 vans from different sellers. 2 of those vans were from this shop - this already indicated to us that they sell vehicles at excellent price points. We viewed and test drove all vans on our watchlist and narrowed the list down to 3 vans from 3 different car yards. We could have gone with any of the 3 as they all met our work requirements but we decided to go with the Hiace at Vehicle Import Centre (this shop) as it was the best value of them all (Cleanest, Best Priced, awesome customer oriented service).As you will see with many other customer reviews, Egor is the definition of above and beyond customer service. We went to his car yard multiple times during our selection process to check and recheck the vehicle we were interested in. From the first visit to the time we finally decided to buy a vehicle from him, there was absolutely no pushy sales person attitude, he was very knowledgable of the vehicles he sells. For example, he knows the subtle differences between the different generations and years of Toyota Hiaces. This allowed us to properly zero in on the car we needed for our business..One thing I always do before spending big money on companies is to look at their bad google reviews and weigh the truthfulness of them before deciding to give my money to a company. I found that the few negative reviews this company had was during a time that they traded various motor vehicles (second hand, private use, non work vehicles etc). As they did for us, they would have sold them for a very good price for what they were worth but would then encounter problem customers who have bought a cheap car and would come back a few weeks later with all the things wrong with the car and expect him to fix the car to brand new or refund them. After dealing with the company myself, I see now that these reviews were likely from entitled customers with unrealistic expectations.If you are looking for a work vehicle, this is one shop I highly recommend you check out.

I browsed this sub legacy wagon on trademe and thought it couldn't be a good one, with this sort of price tag. Nevertheless, took wife to see(no harm to view right?), we instantly liked it and arranged inspection. Mechanic friend found it pretty good for year and price. Obviously issues found in any secondhand cars, yet with the tight margin, Egor is still willing to adjust the price to show respect to his client. Good deal and thanks bro. The car they sold me broke down due to mechanical faults shortly after purchase. I was told by the manager that the only way you will get money from me is through the tribunal". I thought I was buying a premium product that should come with the appropriate warranty. The owner disagreed."

I bought a vehicle here, one week later I found out the car sold with a wof was full of rust on the structural part of the car, which is a safety issue and very dangerous. The car dealer refused to fix it. He told I will have to go to the Court to get my money back. So we'll see each other at the Court. First time for me, second time for him, as he had been already found guilty by the Motor Tribunal dispute that ordered him to do the repairs.
