Messed up order, didn’t give us some of our order and gave us spicy popcorn chicken when we specifically asked for normal, lettuce looked a bit skody too. Service was slow

Wouldn't eat here again. Disgusting dry food. To be honest if I owned this KFC I wouldn't hire the young staff they looked like they didn't want to work the person who was cleaning didn't do a great job left the cleaning stuff on the table and walked away like they didn't care so much young staff they didn't take pride in the job or anything really. Wasn't busy at all to types of music going on. No good Thames KFC been a nice place you would expect great customer service you lack at that place. Clean it up! Asap. Don't even deserve the 1 star at all

Mixed bag here. Atmosphere was amazing along with service. But the store was in a bit of a state with food everywhere. The chicken in the bucket still floating in oil. The service and music amazing but everything else was a fail.

Worst KFC experience. When I order a zinger meal, they told they don’t have wicked wings so I ordered just a zinger burger they accepted my order then when I reached the window after a 20 minute wait they told me they have ran out of Zinger. Totally unacceptable. Waste of time and worst service. I would not recommend coming here for a meal.

The worst KFC we have ever experienced in NZ!Would like to describe in few words:-Soggy Zinger and Chicken-Stale fries.-Mixing orders.-No straws or paper cups.-Confused staff.-No management.My 2 cents:Don't go to this branch unless you have nowhere to feed yourself in the town!

THE WORST KFC I have ever been to. We asked for two snack lunch burgers and they give us two pieces of chicken that looks like they would make you sick for a week. And not to mention they never have ANYTHING.

Wonderful customer service from front of house young man very professional and listened carefully to my request.Only let down was drive through was closed due to till being down and window wasn't able to open.
