Great workshop with many great craftsmen at their trade. Fast, tidy, and very well coordinated 10/10

Chose this business based on past experience with the previous owner Brian himself... a gentleman who always did a great job. No problem with the quality of the work on damage covered by insurance, but the new owner was rude to me when I asked questions about the repair and whether he could help with other repairs. Poor communication too... did not keep me informed on progress, had to call them. I won't be going back or recommending them now.

Prompt and efficient service. I had some work done as part of an insurance claim. I had to take my car in again for an unrelated problem with my door. The technician working on it was fast and efficient, and they didn't even charge me. Certainly recommend.

After asking for opinions from friends and neighbours about the best panel beaters in the area, we found Brian Sokolich. We had a collision with our new car here in New Zealand just a few days after buying it; it was a hard-fought lesson for us to drive on the left side. Thankfully, the professionals of Brian Sokolich were able to help and fix the nasty damage to the entire left wing. The job was done at the highest level in the given amount of time (they said to two weeks and delivered in that time frame), they also proposed a courtesy car which was a great surprise for us, as it's something that we don't use to from the country we came from. Thank you very much for your business and professionalism! Anyway, I hope we won't need your services again, but if we do, we'll return.

Would give them more stars if I could - repaired/replaced my front driver side door panel flawlessly, they were so easy to deal with and they dealt with my insurance directly. Also went above and beyond buffing out scuff mark on my back bumper and touching up a minor scratch on the back quarter panel. Incredibly efficient. I couldn't be happier.

Great Panel Beater, they help me out and I can rely on them to repair my car to a high standard. I was very satisfied with the result.

6 weeks to replace one side view mirrorDid not offer a courtesy car, hostile attitude when questioned about this, advised me my car is still driveable with a broken mirror.Had to call them to follow up as did not hear from them for six weeks, poor communication.Charged me $50 for a ‘courtesy’ car during the repair. Might as well call it a rental car instead of courtesy car. Won’t be coming here for repairs again and certainly won’t be recommending them to friends and family. 1/5

I had a very average experience with these guys. The panel work was done, but the paint job had drip marks.Screws were missing from where the aerial was attached and the side mirror was faulty.I personally will not use Brian Sokolich again. In fact, this was the second time using them. Both times, not satisfied. Very disappointing
