Paid 3798 for a suite it arrived in shocking state Gotham agreed to replace took five months in all to get the suite now the second has arrived with some of the same problems as the first Gotham has been fair in offering to refund if the second suite was a problem nice to know some business are honest in saying that haveing difficulty contacting him to sort squabs different sizes to base no back cushions the same sum higher than others empty corners where foam should be sewing on top of squab instead of side big lump of wood showing though the velvet on one base front I did take Gotham at his word that he had chked it over he didn’t stick around and chk this one over once he had gone I then looked and noticed so he is now refusing to refund or fix so off to the disputes tribunal extremely disappointed at the untruths I as an older lady did not expect that please think before purchaseinghere as if this can happen to me it can happen to you my dad was an upholsterer so I do know exceptional workmanship when I see it. I do wonder why Gotham hasn’t refunded and resold on shop floor to save bad reviews and ripping off an honest old lady if it’s like he says exceptional ummmmm after recieveing a disputes tribunal date only then did he come to the party with half refund whicih will be spent on paying to fix elsewhere doesn’t make up for haveing no lounge suite for 7 months does it not great at all asked me to remove review it’s all true so I wouldn’t do that as hopefully save sumone from this horror

We are super happy with our lovely new Bella 3+2 seater lounge suite. The fabric and colour is gorgeous, and the workmanship is outstanding. Love the piping trim and bonus throw cushions. Top quality NZ made product and lovely friendly service.

The queen-size sofa bed I purchased from Nikki and Gotham is an excellent product - very easy to roll out and very comfortable - and their friendly service was similarly excellent. Right from ordering through Nikki to willing and efficient delivery by Gotham. Thank you both.

Buying my new furniture from Lounge & Living has been one of the best buying experiences I've ever experienced. Not only do they have great products with great styling, their service is outstanding. Nothing was an issue, even when there was a problem with one of the pieces (not L&L's fault, it was a rare manufacturing issue). Gotham kept in touch regularly and sorted the issue, without any stress to me. That is what puts Lounge & Living way above some other, larger retailers. It's family owned and it shows - they care about their customers, give great service and they stand by the products they sell. I cannot recommend Lounge & Living highly enough.
