Wow what an amazing lady Lyn was to deal with! We felt so happy leaving our beautiful sugar with her. So stress free to deal with when trying to cope with the loss of a pet! She is even dropping sugars ashes back to us on her way past our place! Amazing boxes too. Highly recommend A++++

Thank you so much. I lost my special boy the beginning of this year and it was tough. we had a few issues with the Vets accidentally taking the wrong name when sending him off to be cremated (no fault on anyones behalf other than my brother who gave the wrong name). A new certificate with the correct name was then sent and dropped off but much to our dismay, it was eaten by our dog…. I reached out to them personally instead of going through the vet again, asking for just one more print out of my boys cremation certificate. I was more than willing to pay to have a new one printed and sent as this was the third one. Lyn quickly answered my email the next day and sent me a new certificate. Thank you so much for your compassion

I have had 2 cats done by you. I had to put my dog down a week ago, I've been told by the vets it takes up to 3 weeks. I just want my dog back now. I miss her and its rude to think my baby is there for up tone weeks. Please just please give her back.

Lyn has cremated three of our fur baby's over the past few years. She has treated us compassionately each time. Her service has always been quick, our baby's have always been returned in a very reasonable timeframe. Thank you Lyn, we would definitely come to you again.

Very loving service. We were able to say goodbye to our beloved fur family member in a beautiful way. We've had to use this service 2 times this year unfortunately, but each time it has been lovely to work with them.

Bad experience our beloved family member cat of 18years passed away, such an overwhelming time for our family, rang and spoke with Cathy about cremation and different casket options, no phone manner, asked her a question about wooden casket with a photo as I didn't understand her answer, her response 'silly question', brought our beloved cat in, Cathy showed no compassion very short in her conversation, when I picked my cat up all Cathy was interested in taking the payment for their services, when I was reading the engraving on the casket, I thought this was very rude. As I was leaving i mentioned to Cathy how she made me feel, showing no compassion, her phone manner, such a hard time for grieving families, her response, oh okay I've been doing this for 30 years, she didn't care, as I was leaving all she could say was 'see ya'. One week later spoke with owner Lyn about the experience we had dealing with Cathy, she did say sorry, how ever then replied by saying she couldn't talk as she was unwell and ended the phone call. I wouldn't recommend this place, they don't seem to care or show any type of compassion. I just hope my cat was shown care and respect while he was in their care.I would recommend 'Truly Treasured' they're not based in Hamilton but they do come and pick your pet up and take care of everything from there. Tracey and Lyn were lovely to talk to, even rang back and emailed me, I wish I had listened to my gut instinct, and used there service, I couldn't bear the thought of my cat being to far away from me Hastings.I ordered a treasured necklace from them to remember our beloved cat Puri REST IN LOVE PURI ❤

At a sensative time, Lyn cared for us in a friendly and professional way and treated our beautiful fury family member with the utmost of dignity. Price of the cremation was very reasonable and we also purchased an urn with a beautifully engraved nameplate.We highly recommend the services of Pet Farewells and give Lyn and the team our sincere thanks.
