Brilliant service from Josh. A pair for me and a pair for my partner. Very patient with our different needs and desires. Great to have our feet technically measured so we get the best fit. Very happy with the service provided. Would recommend a visit if you need new trainers.

So now my shoe has Bluetooth. Romaan was excellent with his service and very patient in finding the correct shoes that fit my feet description. He was very thorough in gathering my requirement and data about my feet, and after performing a detail analysis he presented few options that catered my requirement. They do provide the best fit for my feet.

We were really struggling with our sons school shoes, he is hard on shoes and has very wide but average length foot.We went and saw Josh at Albany and left him to it with our son. Such and amazing experience at The Athletes Foot in Albany mall. Caitlin looked after my partner and I for around an hour ensuring we had the chance to see lots of different options and giving amazing product knowledge. She had amazing customer service and patience. She really listened to what we were looking for and gave excellent advice. Definitely would come here again!
