I had an appointment at 2.30. I turned up on time to be told that the Notary would not be back until 4.30. The courtesy of a phone call would have saved me a trip.

Very helpful and even offered to scan and email the documents.

Not Recommend at all , waste of timeMy dad needed to Notarized a document for USA , so we made an appointment to see a Lawyer at Connell & Connell office.We arrived there & the worst legal experience we ever had.Unnecessary questions !!!! , when he had all the required documents along with his Passport, IDs …,I do not suggesting to use a service of Connell & Connell agency. They only waste our time. Not recommend at allFortunately we did Notarized my Father document somewhere else in “another Notary Public office” on the same day without any difficulties…

I want to authorize a document in the notary public and called them and they told me it will cost $80 so I took an appointment at 4 pm and I arrived before the appointment after searching for about 10 minutes for a car park. when I arrive the office the responsible for the notary 'I don't remember his name' was not in the office and he arrived 10 min later than the appointment. He told me the cost is $175+GST!!!!! I told him they told me it will cost $80 but he told me that is my price and may be some misunderstanding happened!!!! misunderstanding costs me time and money to come from Blockhouse Bay to the office and search for a parking and waiting 10 minutes till he arrives!!! I will not deal with them again and I will not recommend them for any one.

Richard is quite straightforward and easy to deal with. Helped us out with our home purchase and even looked out for us by pointing out pitfalls and other errors. Definitely would recommend!
