Staff members are friendly and helpful. They also stock plenty of stones with various quality, types, and colours. Unfortunately, their technique is a bit antiquated. Definitely need a brush-up especially to make use of tight cabinet spaces.

The quality was fine once it was actually done. But I have never had to follow up with a trade person as much as I did, nor deal with someone as rude as Kam. He never kept his commitments, had to rework things several times and was generally very poor.
