This was my first time I bought a ticket from eco travels. It was worst experience ever. 0 out of 10. I called them many times from abroad but no answer for 4 days. When I contacted to there head office they gave me high price for the ticket extension.Now onwards, I would prefer to buy online tickets as you have direct access to change your dates on cheap price and with flexibility.
