Booked a drink through hungry panda, it says the drink will be ready in 14 minutes. After 20 mins when I arrived yogost to pick up the drink, the yogost staff tell me they haven’t even started to make the drink and they won’t until the customer calls them separately?! This is the worst customer experience I’ve had in yogost.

Worst experience ever, the girl was rude, disinterested and miserable serving us and it was the same to the customers that followed. Seriously huge room for improvement.

Delicious yoghurt drink with chewy pearl. We came around 7.30 pm and the store was quiet. No need to wait much.
