worst ever service received, had to go to four different locations to collect my money in days every time you call the call center they give you different address which are not active such a waste of my time and money.will never use or recommend them to anyone

When I Googled Ria money transfer only one popped up in nz and its based in the city which was a bit further from where I stay. I decided to call the 0800 number and it went to customer service and the lady was very helpful she tried to find if there is any office closer to my area and there was none so she asked for my Email so she can send the list of areas where they take ria money transfer and found one 15 mins away from me. it was excellent service. Easy and fast.
