Great value for money. James was awesome at teaching my kids to ride their the rented bikes. My son says it was his best birthday to date. Thank you James, Mandy and the Thundercross crew for making this a special day!

Very warm welcoming being new, Watched an induction video, the whole place was amazing, we turned up with 5 of us, 2 adults 2 kids and a baby, very family friendly environment. The learner track was awesome for kids, lots of parking and safe to set up for picnic and staying for the day. Will be going here more often.

What an amazing place! Located just over an hour away from the city, this farm feels like its in another location all together. On arrival I got greeted by super friendly host Mandy, who showed me around and made me a cup of coffee, while i was checking out an introduction video. After that James, very knowledgeable and patient guy, instructed me on first steps towards the Dirt Biking. And then it just laps around gorgeous farm with occasional cow guest on the track. I was only on learners track, which is tiny, and there are two more, way way larger ones. The selection of bikes for rent is amazing, as well as protective gear. Im definitely coming back here, again and again.

An absolute blast for dirt biking, irrespective of skill level. I had a fantastic time right from the time I signed up in the office and was put to ease by Mandy with the sign up and instructions. Then met James out on the learner track and he made sure that all my gear was worn right and a quick overview of the bike I was hiring to ride for the day. A very well kept facility with great support staff to help you out when needed. Now I am on the look out for a dirt bike of my own and will be back at Thundercross regularly starting next season.

Not only does the base camp feel cozy & welcoming, the whole surroundings offer endless opportunities for adventurers. Beautiful place. Well run. Excellent signage. Loved the revamped shearing shed. Clean toilets. Tracks were great but a bit sticky for some smaller bikes (wet clay). Fun to be had for all levels of riding abilities.

I was always the one that has to stay behind and miss out on all the fun. I do not have the confidence for a 2 wheeler after I fractured my shoulder years ago learning to ride. We went to Thundercross Valley on Sunday for the first time and had an absolute blast. I was able to join on my quad bike and enjoyed every minute of it. The hosts James & Mandy were fantastic and they have an excellent setup. I love the fact they they are very safety conscious and so organized.Mandy even accommodated my hubby with a gluten free toastie and the rest had delicious pies and fresh brewed barista coffee. The induction video was great as it gives you critical advice especially for 1st timers and the wool shed that was transformed in the café was done in such a fantastic way. Very fancy with that rustic old farm charm.The tracks were easy to follow and everyone was considerate. I have been to other riding spots before but this setup sure stands out for me and they have free riding for women and girls which makes you feel so special and part of the activity. We were covered in mud but loved every minute of it. Can't wait to join again for another fun day.Thanks James & Mandy

My husband often visits Thundercross and invited us (our daughter and myself) to join. We ended up hiring a bike for my daughter and myself. James was incredibly patient with my nervous daughter and taught her everything she needed to know to ride a dirt bike with gears. My daughter showed me what she was taught and for the rest of the day, you could not keep us off the track. Even the gear we rented was near-new and of great quality, we also had chest protectors a helmet and everything we needed for the day.This is not only a great place for riders, but there are lovely areas where you can sit and enjoy the day with beautiful views. We took a small BBQ, had lunch and relaxed between rides. The bathrooms are also in good condition compared to what I've seen at these outdoor places. Gosh, I just cannot explain in words what an amazing day we had with family and friends. Mandy is great with people, she is very helpful and we are genuinely grateful for an amazing day out.

Great place to take the kids to learn to ride. Mandy runs a tight ship and its always a great day out. The kids track is good for beginners. Would love to see an intermediate track specifically for the younger riders in future. The current intermediate track can be a bit intimidating especially if you have more advanced riders on it during the busy weekends. You can find rental gear and a few basic spares for the bikes at the main house. There is also a waterblaster to clean the mud off after riding.
