They overcharged me. I know they over charged because I paid $17 the night before and $46 last night for the exact same distance ! Watch out for some of these scammers drivers with wicked meter.

Booked 2 weeks in advance for an event in Taupo. Taxi company were 2 hours late and never arrived and were rude when calling for updates, ended up hanging up numerous times on us. Taxis never came and left my friends and I in an unsafe situation. Do not use this taxi service in summer or peak times they are unreliable and over book themselves and failed to communicate effectively with us. Very, very disappointed.

Rung another company first who could not guarantee a van to pick up at 7pm (I called 3 hours in advance) and offered 2taxis if they couldn't get a van. Long story but NO!So I called this company who's friendly operator sorted it promptly and was super great. Taxi driver turned at on time, he was professional and friendly and a good driver.

Booked 2 x maxi taxis at 1pm for 5.30 pick up and all good. They even gave us a booking number. Then they Rang us back and said can’t do that now (3pm). Offered 3 x taxis. Then we rang back to confirm. Then could only do 1 x car. Then just got hung up on. Unreliable company. Lucky there is another reliable taxi company in Taupo that was more than happy to help us out at the last minute.

I booked a taxi for 1.45pm as I needed to get into town for 2.30 I booked the taxi at 10am and called up at 1.20 to confirm that they were coming and they told me that the taxi would be dispatched in 10 mins2 pm went by I called up and the operator told me that I you could not actually book taxis

Booked taxi for flight to the airport two days in advance. I phoned the morning of the flight to check my booking and was told it was confirmed and they would see me at 11am. 11am came and went and no taxi arrived to take us to the airport. I called the help desk and was told they had no idea when the taxi would arrive and then they hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a different person who reiterated that booking doesn’t constitute an actual booking (ahhh.. okay) she said she would transfer me to the head office as I was unhappy and then… hung up on me!! Unbelievably atrocious customer service.
