they worked with me but small red car made a bit of sound in front going up hills or when wind blew. 2nd time went shortly after the 1st time, the prices had gone up over 20% so I did not rent from them again. Cars were available but higher priced. They do not seem to be interested in keeping regular customers for short rentals which is a pity. Daughter running the show is a bit money driven in business and lacking in customer care. She never honoured the price that they had given me 2 weeks prior which I thought was rude. Howick businesses can be very hard-up and that is no joke.

Great customer service. Very easy to work with and they were very courteous. Treated me with utmost respect. Had my rental car ready anytime I needed it during the duration of my vacation in Auckland. They made it fun and easy for me. And the rental rates were just as good.Thank you Tayla and crew.
