Had a cabin for 8 years - they took money but did no maintenance. Awful customer service when we ended contract. Very disappointing.

Worst service ever and Norm has serious anger issues! Ordered a cabin showed up and i gave him a hand to move and push it into position as he couldn't do it on his own.When came time for paperwork i was told more than what i was qouted as it was for business. He stated yelling at me slammed his phone and fold down in front of my children! Norm is a lucky man i didnt retaliate!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY! AND NORM SEEK HELP FOR YOUR ANGER ISSUES!This is norm being told to remove his cabin from my property!

Cabin was delivered on time, communication between roommate cabins with me very thorough, process so simple and hassle free. Lived in this awesome cabin for 6 months, including a winter. Warm, snug and secure. Take my advice, these awesome people at roommate cabins are TOPS. Norm, Vicky, Matthew and Theo, truly appreciate your awesome service and help getting me in a cabin when I was in a very serious crisis. The cabin was uplifted yesterday, not needed anymore. The review from Phoenix Software about us is bewildering. We take pride in our product and in our highly capable and friendly team. We are extremely responsive to maintenance requests if a client lets us know that something requires attention. Our maintenance is responsive rather than proactive because we respect our client's privacy. Phoenix Software rented a cabin from us for 8 years. During this time the rent was increased on two occasions by a small amount ($5 to $10 each time). The client complained saying we didn't do any maintenance on the cabin. We asked him to let us know what maintenance was required so that we could see to it but received no response from him. The cabin was filthy when it was collected and required 2.5 hours cleaning by our Operations team. The client complained when told he wouldn't get any bond refund and said he'd go to lawyers and social media. We capitulated only because he'd rented the cabin for such a long time. Clearly this was a mistake. When he emailed asking us to collect the cabin the client asked if we had a larger cabin that he could rent instead. (We didn't, so he went elsewhere). But why, if he thought we and our product were so terrible, would he be asking about renting another cabin from us? If you need to vent, Phoenix Software, don't take it out on us!
