Very helpful friendly staff listened to our budget requirements then offered a solution

Good friendly service, always willing to answer my silly questions.

Had soil test completed through Farmlands Darfield.Results came back and we had requested multiple time to speak with someone regarding the results and what get advice. Was told multiple times that someone will call back but no response. Called again to talk to someone and the staff told me that they didn't have enough staff to assist me and that it was not his problem. Instead made me feel that it's my problem so maybe I should consider taking my business elsewhere. I have to say my previous experience with farmlands Rangiora was so much better. They really cares about their customers and was passionate.
