These guys did the plumbing work on my new build. All seemed to go well until I turned on the hot tap from the laundry tub to washing machine - both of which they installed. They neither connected it, nor capped it off. Consequently, my new house got completely flooded, rendering my new underlay ruined. JT Plumbing and drainage accepted no responsibility for the flood"."

Was really disappointed with the service as I picked it due to the high ratings it's recieved. Needed a quick plumbing report for a house we'd put an offer on buying. Mentioned over the phone it was quite urgent and wondered if the job could be done as we were under a time frame. Was told it was all okay and organized for a plumber to meet the realestate agent at 1pm the following day. At 1:30 the realestate agent texted me wondering where the plumber was so I called admin and they said a plumber was 10 minutes out. 20 minutes later a plumber called saying he was on his way and was 10 minutes out. So overall was an hour late. Personally I wouldn't mind if someone was late on my time but I told JT that a realestate agent was going to meet them at the property so we could ask about a time that would suit both parties and JT initiated that 1pm worked for them. No attempts to let us know they were going to be late. Did the job and forgot to send the report. We had to extend our unconditional date on the offers contract because they took 2 days to send the report. So we had to pay for our lawyers time to do that. Then invoiced me $400 which was significantly above what was quoted. Then when I expressed my confusion they fixed it but also added an extra $100 on top of what I was initially quoted that I was not made aware of. Seems the work they do is good, but unfortunately my experience was unprofessional and I can't reccomend them for plumbing reports.

JT Plumbing came to our rescue in our time of need! They located the problem & booked us in for a fix in a timely manner. The guys on site were very courteous & cleaned up the site really well.
