Worse service I ever had. Made a booking forw service there, saying if would be okay, to leave the car there, with the keys inside because I do start work before they open and I had done that with them before, the answer was yes. so I did as agreed. Come back at the end of the day to pick up the car. Two of there staff members started laughing and then say sorry we didn't realize the car was here. This was 3 pm, had been there since 6:50 am. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

This might be the exception rather than the norm.Went in for a check, diagnosis/repair and WOF, and only got a WOF.Was told there's nothing wrong with the car, but recommended an expensive repair without any investigation on the possibility of other faults, just said you would be wasting your money changing the fluids.Asked for a few other basic things to be checked, and it appears none of it was checked, at least there's nothing on the invoice or mentioned verbally, and there's no charge. May have missed the requirements.Reception was terrible too.0 star for the service received unfortunately.Honda cars are great though, just need to improve on the service.

Had supposed free service today. Since honda nz took over the dealership it has gone down hill.I purchased 3 cars this year and was going to buy another after Christmas, sadly it will not be from Honda. My free service cost $353.00 @32000 kms.Needed new brake fluid new transmission fluid.I felt dismissed and totally unvalued as a customer.

Wonderful service!! Booked me in for the following day, had it all done within less then an hour, had my car squicky cleaned and only charged me for 40 minutes work. Very happy costumer here :)

Very good new sales person, very attentive and friendly. He valued the customer whether he purchased or not...

Don't let the flash workshop and reception fool you. These guys won't rip you off. Ive been there twice now, super friendly and always a fair price.

Not disputing their prompt service just disappointed in their process and lack of compassion in strained circumstances.Also question their method of operation in relation to repairs and WOF condition of a vehicle and still proceed with work that resulted in no WOF Pass mmmmm questionable.

Unbelievable, went in to enquire about parts, parts person wasn't knowledgeable, and to add insult to injury, mechanic walked by and couldn't help making rude comments.Price of a general fluid was 3 times the price of non-OEM fluid. We are talking about $50 vs $150. I'm prepared to pay more for OEM, but not 3 times.Guess I won't be going back again, for parts or service. Plenty of good mechanics around that are nicer to deal with, and using OEM parts at a cheaper price.
