Steph Wills Dental Motueka

Friendly staff but sadly would not return here. Booked in for a scale and polish. It was a bit of a shambles from the start. Had a young dentist and he forget to scale the whole bottom row of teeth and the nurse had to remind him. Communication was poor, he decided he was going to give me a local anaesthetic and I had to ask why, as I was more just told that that was happening. He wrapped up the appointment with no information of aftercare eg mouthwash or eating , just using a floss brush, and I had to ask why I didn’t have a polish. He did keep to the original cost of a scale and polish. I also feel like the scale on the back of my teeth was overdone and it’s still sensitive a couple of months later which I’ve never had before. Going to the dentist is never fun but expected better service.

So I just turn 18, and what do you know I have to get an anterior composite restoration after 4 years, I'm worried about cost now that I'm 18, the dentist that I saw (Nick) takes one look and says it's not that bad

Local dentists with top staff. Good magazines while waiting and old ads for toothpaste from the past as decoration and interest.Start early if you need an early appointment .Stairs to get up to second floor.Parking outside. Opposite the big Momkey Puzzle tree on High street

I just recieved some dental work from Tui. He is awesome! Very patient and willing to explain everything thoroughly to me, step by step. It shows that he truly enjoys his profession, which goes a long way..A professional and enjoyable dental experiance at an affordable rate.I highly recommended Motueka Dental Centre!!

Had a root canal done. Only the first part though. I asked specifically if I'd already covered costs. Was advised I had verbally by the dentist himself. Then rang back as hadn't had the final crowning done, advised I needed to pay another $1,500 for that. He said it's not in the notes you've paid for that"... Well yeah
