Unfortunately my haircut was not good at this particular Just Cuts store and I had to return to get it fixed after noticing in bathroom mirror the things that were wrong. This is the first time in 30 years I've ever had to return to any hairdresser. The guy was just rough when cutting and then had the nerve to say it was because of the cut I asked for that bits of hair were missed. What the hell!! I've been getting the same cut at different places for decades.I would only return to this Just Cuts store if I am able to choose a different hairdresser than the guy who did my cut.

Just went to get shoulder length hair cut to collar length ,the woman only cut the back and left the top long and floppy, the back though ended up cut extremely short and shaved and filled with mousse ,to ‘create a new style’ . Without glasses I couldn’t see what was happening , the woman did say she was an apprentice and I was okay with that , I had said I didnt want short hair , 3 weeks later I’m still upset about the way it looks , not a good haircut ,

I went there recently for hair dry cut advertised $35 half way through my hair cut she told me that she has to blow dry to see the cut and texture and want to charge me extra blow dry. I refused as this is part of her job nothing to do with me. I have never been asked extra for service like this in the past. She should have clearly mentioned in the beginning of the process if she will do it. For this reason I gave 3*.At the end I paid for what I came for.

First time visit Took Mr 8 &Mr 11 here..great checking inservice,walk in ,bookin,seated for less than 5 mins and both boys were up having their haircut..both stylists listened to my kids and were patient..first time in a long that my 11 year old has walked out of aftera haircut chuffed to bts..Thank-you..well will definitely be back.

Was very disappointed in my experience today went in for a small trim to remove the dead ends and ended up having to ask multiple times for the stylist to try fix what she had done both sides were extremally uneven with the left side being about 2 inches longer than the right side. even after asking them to fix it it was still extremally wonky and well shorter than what I had asked for. I had to get a friend to fix it once I got home. do not recommend.

This place is walk in only, I went there for the first time today. Was streamlined with an easy tablet check in/queue system and text message when my time was near. This was the only hairdresser in Nelson that had room available out of about 20 places I called on Saturday and Sunday. I was surprised to get a spectacular haircut from Maurean and the price was only $37!!! She was lovely and even chucked in some good life advice for free. Will definitely not waste my time getting my hair cut anywhere else from now on. Thanks Maureen!!!!
