Toby was outstanding and nice guy. He attended me immediately as I arrived in. While I was waiting for my puncture to be fixed I noticed him managing calls and also doing quick work at the same time both with a smiling face and as fast as he could.Highly recommend the customer service and quality of work

Came in from a terrible experience from vtnz Kingsland and Ernest from Beaurepaires Kingsland had amazing customer service and knew exactly what I needed. It was no problem at all for them and don’t make you feel like they are taking advantage of you like other garages. As I was waiting for my car they would make sure that every new customer was greeted and it felt like they genuinely cared for the customer instead of trying to get through everyone.

The service was fantastic. I needed a tyre urgently for a wof and they had it on within fifteen minutes right on closing time. Very helpful and very honest with the pricing and the best options. I cannot recommend more highly.

Had a valve split on me at 1pm on a Saturday, rang up asking if they could help out and they said yes straight away, even though they closed at 2pm. Turned up and had my tire back with a brand new valve within five minutes, free of charge. Brilliant service at such short notice and whilst stuck in a sticky situation.
