I have been going there for years and I have always had excellent service on my vehicles.

While it seems the service most people have received was positive, unfortunately mine is negative.I sent them two slotted and dimpled brake disks, which evidently their brake machining tool was not appropriate for.As a result both disks were destroyed, and they just offered me half off the price for machining, $26.After contacting the MTA for mediation they offered to refund the $26 I paid.This for me is unacceptable. The pair of disks is worth close to $500.Ruining one due to inexperience or incompetence is one thing, but doing the second one is unacceptable.If you have high performance components and/or cars, I cannot recommend this company.

Told me the work would be around $200, but then when I brought car in 4 whole days later I was told it would be around $380. Spoke to boss and he said apprentice said the $200 thing and he'd ask him not to do it again. I would have asked a few other mechanics had I known it was going to be that much more, but at that point I really had no option but to just get it done and pay up. No idea whether elsewhere would have done it for nearer to $200 or nearer to $380.

Excellent customer service and work is charged at a reasonable,fair rate.

Saved my mother and bestie on their road trip when their drive belt snapped out of the blue! Had them back on the road in only a few hours! Was amazing service and great customer service! 10stars!
