Been to this place many times now, fantastic pizza every single time. Great service, very punctual and food always tasted amazing. Staff are great.

Order from this store regularly and always great pizza and service. Last night was Friday 13th so super busy and running slightly late but to be expected when you order on one of their busiest nights of the year! Pizza was still fantastic and worth waiting an extra 5 minutes for!

Workers at Hells pizza were so kind a polite towards me & my parents! We had made an error in our order, Elliot & Jake were super polite to quickly help fix the order. I then had to quickly race home as my 5month old baby was very upset, paid for delivery once it was ready! We received our order within 5-10 mins of the order being ready, the delivery driver was super polite! 10000% will be ordering from Hells Pizza Kumeu again!!!

Ordered a kids pizza 2 hours ago, phoned as it hadn’t been delivered, said their system hadn’t printed it off, they would deliver now. Phoned an hour later as still no order, advised they didn’t have enough drivers and it was coming now. Waiting a further 15 minutes and STILL no order! Could have gone to the supermarket, come back and made a pizza from home from scratch at this rate!! Not the first time the order has been messed up but gave the benefit of the doubt being a local small business. This times around not good enough. Said child will be in bed by the time the pizza arrives!

My first ever experience at Hell pizza last Saturday night. While my friend and I waited nearby for our order, we were shocked to see two of the male front counter attendants were eating in the cooking area, and neither bothered to wash their hands before serving customers. That is just ewwww. I can't see myself eating there again.

Worst experience to date, our order was cold and we waited over 30minutes. When I asked for an update on my order all staff were unsure and confused to who knew what. So unprofessional and I am absolutely disappointed with theoverall experience.Our pizza had minimal toppings, far too much sauce which made the base was soggy in parts and our pizza was stuck to cardboard box on left side.When advise hells kumeu, No one wanted to try to resolve the issues or re do our order.

Prices went up a few days ago but hadn't been changed on the menu displayed, no warning given before purchase, just a vague sorry. Shame you can't do phone orders anymore. General website menu doesn't match which pizzas each store offer. Still decent pizza, not a long wait for a Saturday 5pm.

35 minutes late and barely warm, to the point I have to reheat it. Disappointed when spending $50 (or more) for a treat for myself and being a regular customer over the last 2 years. Unfortunately due to one too many times with delay of delivery and lack of stock of items, that this will be my last order from this branch.
