Disappointed you chose to work Good Friday in Yaldhurst Park. The sound of power tools is most annoying on what is supposed to be a holiday. This is the one day we thought would be free of builder noise, but woke up to powertools from 8am.

Built a new home with them in 2014. The whole process was very good and easy. The house is fantastic.

Over 2 years ago we started the process of rebuilding on our existing site. We went round all the showhome villages and Peter Ray were the only company that were eager to help without expecting us to sign up and hand money over immediately. We had a house designed specifically for our long narrow section with tricky recession plane requirements to fit in as well as all our ‘must-haves’. The quote for the build was extremely detailed and included lots of the sub-contractors prices so we felt that they were very transparent with all the costings which helped us decide where to add upgrades. At no time did we feel any pressure from our sales rep, Peter Bee. His communication was next level and we felt that he genuinely wanted the best outcome for us.Once the build started we were given a timeframe of 8-9 months for a 2-storey house. We were constantly kept updated throughout the whole process by our construction manager, Ross. As a tradie, we wanted to do our own electrical and this wasn’t a problem for Peter Ray Homes. We got to see Peter Ray in action from both a client and tradie perspective and it was top notch! In our experience it’s rare to see such a detailed schedule for sub-contractors. Our build ran right on schedule to the day! It was actually a pleasure to build with them and we would highly recommend for a streamlined, no surprises, attention to detail build.Special thanks to Peter Bee, Ross Bourhill and Dave and James (our builders).

The overall build process of our first home was smooth and stress free. We are so impressed with how organized and professional they are. It was so lovely to coordinate and build the plan with Jacqui, all our questions and doubts were answered and clarified. Ross also did a great job coordinating the actual build and getting us up to speed of every milestone. Highly recommended!
