Shout out to Tim, Anne and Vacpack, a great Kiwi company. These guys are just so nice! They care about their products, with friendly and personalized service and fast turnaround, we can't say enough.We've had our domestic VS603 for over a year, using it for sealing home goods such as seafood, seasonal fruit preserves and vegetables. It's a high quality, reliable item that has been one of our best purchases ever. Highly recommend.

After making a few calls trying to find parts to a vacuum sealer I called Vacpack. Spoke to Leigh regarding the issue our client was having. Leigh went above and beyond and came through with great results. They had the goods to fix our clients machine. Leigh and the team at Vacpack are legends. Thanks guys we and our client are grateful.
